| Experience | 6 months to 3 years of specific expertise in drafting Title Due Diligence Reports. |
| Key Competencies | Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory (Ability to read Telugu is a must). Must be detail-oriented, capable of working independently, and experienced in handling confidential documents. |
| Work Profile | Verifying/drafting Title Due Diligence Reports for AP & Telangana; coordinating with external counsels/vendors; conducting land law research; and drafting/vetting commercial contracts. |
