| Eligibility & Qualifications | • Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university. • Must be registered as an Advocate with the Bar Council of India. • Excellent written & oral communication and computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Data Analytics). |
| Experience Required | Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in handling litigation matters in High Court/District Court. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Handling and monitoring approx. 600 pending VCA-related court cases nationwide. • Preparing legal documents, processing advocate fee bills, and updating the LIMBS Portal. • Coordinating with advocates and ensuring efficient disposal of day-to-day legal work. |
