| Key Skills Required | Strong drafting and research skills. Experience in commercial disputes, insolvency, or white-collar matters is highly preferred. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Managing matters before trial courts, High Courts, NCLT, and tribunals. • Drafting pleadings, petitions, and research notes. • Court appearances, client coordination, and case strategy. |
