About the JobWorking as a Legal Officer to lead the end-to-end management of disputes, navigate real estate property diligences, and provide cross-functional legal advisory for the Trust and its allied entities.
EligibilityBachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputed university in India.
Experience7 to 10 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). Strong preference for candidates with a recognized law firm background.
Key CompetenciesMastery in litigation strategy, title due diligence, property laws, labour/employment compliance, and procedural frameworks before the Charity Commissioner, City Civil Court, and High Courts.
Work ProfileDrafting litigation pleadings and property deeds (leave and license, sale/transfer); managing encroachments and possession issues; instructing external counsels; and auditing land records.
