Are you an experienced corporate lawyer looking to lead high-stakes M&A and PE/VC transactions in a highly collaborative environment? | Experience Required | • SA1: 4 – 5 years PQE • SA2: 5 – 6 years PQE (Must have strong experience in a corporate / M&A team of a law firm or an active in-house team). |
| Key Responsibilities | • End-to-end execution of M&A, PE/VC transactions, and Joint Ventures. • Conducting legal due diligence and drafting core corporate contracts (SPA, SSA, SHA). • General corporate advisory on the Companies Act, FEMA, and foreign investment rules. |
