| Eligibility & Qualifications | • 3 to 5 years of PQE, preferably in-house or in commercial advisory roles. • LL.B. degree from a recognized university and enrolled with the Bar Council of India. • Strong understanding of Indian laws relating to contracts, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance. • Ability to assess legal risk pragmatically and manage multiple priorities. |
| Work Profile & Responsibilities | • Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating vendor, logistics, leasing, NDA, and influencer/marketing agreements. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with consumer protection, data privacy, and e-commerce laws. • Dispute Handling: Managing consumer complaints, legal notices, and pre-litigation matters for early resolution. • Cross-Functional Support: Collaborating with business, operations, and finance teams to provide proactive legal inputs. |
