Are you a dynamic corporate litigator with a strong grasp of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC)? Metalegal Advocates, a specialized law firm based in New Delhi and Mumbai, is looking to strengthen its Insolvency & Bankruptcy practice by onboarding an Associate with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience for its Mumbai office.
This is an excellent on-site opportunity that offers high-level exposure to both contentious and advisory matters under the IBC, 2016. The selected candidate will actively handle proceedings before the NCLT, NCLAT, and other judicial forums, alongside restructuring and corporate advisory work.

| Work Profile & Responsibilities | • Drafting petitions, applications, replies, rejoinders, and written submissions under IBC. • Assisting in active proceedings before NCLT and NCLAT. • Conducting legal research on insolvency, restructuring, and corporate law. • Supporting CIRP and liquidation processes. • Preparing legal opinions, advisory notes, and case summaries. • Briefing senior counsel, assisting in arguments, and managing procedural compliances. |
