| Eligibility & Qualifications | • LLM in Public International Law with specialization in Counter Terrorism Laws and/or Cyber Law. • Publication: Minimum 1 research article in Scopus-indexed journals or published books on criminal/counter-terrorism/cyber laws. • Desirable: Ph.D., experience with UN/FATF, drafting international treaties, or 7+ years of background in investigation/prosecution/academia. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Studying foreign laws dealing with terrorism and advising the Govt. of India. • Offering suggestions on LRs and MLAT requests. • Drafting Model Provisions for counter-terrorism Bills and proposing amendments to existing Anti-Terrorism Laws. • Submitting monthly research papers on international conventions. |
