| Key Responsibilities | • Managing recovery litigation under Arbitration and SARFAESI laws for sticky accounts. • Initiating legal actions, filing criminal complaints, and obtaining decrees from local courts based on arbitrators’ awards. • Coordinating with collections teams and tracking all legal cases to ensure no slippages. • Ensuring compliance with Audit, NHB, and IRB regulations. |
