| About Organisation | NLSIU Bangalore is the first National Law University established in India (1986). It was set up with a mission to pioneer legal education reforms and anchor the transformation of the Indian legal system. |
| Eligibility & Qualifications | • Graduate of a 3 or 5-year law degree (Min 55% or equivalent CGPA). • Must be enrolled in a State Bar Council & passed the AIBE. • Age Limit: 30 years or below; not more than 5 years since graduation. • 2026 Graduates: Eligible to apply (must graduate with 55%, enroll, and pass AIBE prior to commencing the fellowship). |
| Mandatory Requirements | Candidates must furnish proof of securing a position with a practicing lawyer/law office AND submit a Statement of Purpose (SOP) articulating how their career will advance the rule of law. |
