| Eligibility & Qualifications | • Project Manager: LLB/LLM with min. 4 years of legal practice. • Project Fellow (Legal): LLB/LLM with min. 2 years of post-qualification experience in legal practice. • Project Fellow (Social Work): PG in Social Work with 2 years of relevant experience. ⚠️ Note: Working knowledge of the Gujarati language is mandatory for all roles. |
| Key Responsibilities | • Manager: Primary liaison officer, supervise fellows, and ensure overall smooth implementation and financial due diligence. • Legal Fellow: Draft, file, and argue bail petitions before competent courts (including Gujarat High Court) and maintain case records. (Note: Fellows are allowed to continue independent practice subject to project priorities). • Social Work Fellow: Undertake field visits, provide psycho-social support, and conduct need assessments at prisons. |
