| Work Profile & Responsibilities | • Contracting: Negotiating and drafting MSAs, SaaS/Subscription licenses, DPAs, SLAs, NDAs, and Vendor Contracts. • Privacy Compliance: Providing expert legal advice on global privacy laws. • Risk Management: Reviewing/modifying contractual templates to highlight potential risks. • Dispute Support: Drafting legal notices and counter-notices as required. • Cross-Functional Work: Partnering with internal teams to scale contract processes and meet business deadlines. |
