| Work Profile & Responsibilities | • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documentation (loan agreements, debenture subscription agreements, security documents, etc.). • Providing robust legal support on structuring and executing debt transactions. • Ensuring strict compliance with applicable regulatory frameworks, including SEBI and RBI regulations. • Supporting active negotiations with founders, investors, and counterparties. • Conducting legal research and providing analytical inputs on complex transactions and special situations. |
