This is a high-impact, socially driven role based in Bengaluru. It requires a seasoned legal professional with at least 5 years of litigation experience in Karnataka and mandatory fluency in both Kannada and English. The selected candidate will oversee community engagement, grievance redressal, litigation support, and the end-to-end execution of the fellowship program.

| Work Profile & Responsibilities | • Fellowship Management: Onboarding, orienting, and guiding Samvidhaan Fellows, including content review and legal helpdesk oversight. • Outreach & Partnerships: Building partnerships with local organizations, legal aid providers, and community groups. • Content Creation: Drafting relevant legal resources and campaign content (online/offline) in coordination with the team. • Coordination: Managing timely responses on the Ask Nyaaya WhatsApp Helpline and connecting community members with legal aid. • Project Implementation: Planning and executing collaborations with governmental and non-governmental bodies in Karnataka. • Documentation: Creating reports, case studies, and community stories reflecting the fellowship’s impact. |
