| Eligibility & Experience | • LL.B. degree. • 9 to 12 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE). • Excellent command of spoken and written English. |
| Work Profile | • Providing legal advice on litigation and regulatory matters to safeguard clients’ commercial interests. • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating pleadings, commercial agreements, and dispute documentation. • Handling litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes across various courts and forums. • Collaborating with the team and clients to identify legal risks and formulate practical solutions. • Developing templates, best practices, and legal strategies for dispute management. • Supporting client engagement and helping strengthen the firm’s client base. • Occasional travel across India for conferences and events. |
