| Eligibility & Experience | • 1–3 years PQE (Post Qualification Experience). • Experience in VC investments, M&A, or joint venture transactions. • Strong understanding of corporate laws, FEMA, RBI regulations, and data privacy. • Prior exposure to startups or venture-backed companies is preferred. |
| Work Profile | Providing strategic legal guidance from early fundraising to complex transactions, and advising on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters. |
