| About Organisation | The National Legal Services Authority (NALSA) has been constituted under the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987, to provide free legal services to the weaker sections of society and to organize Lok Adalats for the amicable settlement of disputes. |
| About the Internship | Working as a Legal Intern to gain hands-on experience in various specialized areas of legal services, thereby promoting access to justice. At the end of the internship, interns must submit a comprehensive report on the work undertaken. |
| Eligibility | Law Students pursuing a Three-Year LL.B. Course or a Five-Year Integrated Law Course from a recognized University/College/Institution. (Preference is given to students in the 2nd/3rd year of the 3-year course, and the 4th/5th year of the 5-year course). |
| Duration | 1 Month (4 Weeks). (Internships typically commence on the 1st day of the month). |
| Stipend | Unpaid (No stipend, remuneration, TA/DA, or accommodation will be provided by NALSA). |
