About the JobWorking as a Jr. Legal Counsel to support internal stakeholders on commercial contracts, data privacy initiatives, and legal process improvements using modern AI and legal tech tools.
EligibilityLaw Graduate (LL.B. degree) from a recognized university.
Experience1–3 years of legal experience, preferably in-house or in roles supporting technology, software, SaaS, or commercial clients.
Key CompetenciesWorking knowledge of GDPR and data privacy laws; excellent drafting and negotiation skills; proficiency with legal technology/AI tools; and strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
Work ProfileDrafting/negotiating NDAs, SaaS, and Vendor Agreements; supporting GDPR compliance initiatives; maintaining contract repositories; and advising business teams on contractual risks.
Shift TimingsFlexibility required to support legal operations and business activities during US time zone hours.
