About the InternshipWorking as a Legal Intern under a designated institutional mentor to conduct structural analysis of market dynamics, research anti-trust precedents, and evaluate competition policy applications.
EligibilityOpen exclusively to Indian Nationals pursuing:
3-Year LL.B.: Students in their 2nd or 3rd year.
5-Year Integrated LL.B.: Students in their 4th or 5th year (or entering the 4th year after completing 3rd-year exams).
LL.M. Students: Currently enrolled postgraduates.
Key RestrictionsCandidates must belong to recognized institutions and have academic exposure to Competition Law. Students with a corporate placement already in hand are not eligible.
Work ProfileReviewing anti-trust case briefs; researching abuse of dominance benchmarks; studying corporate combination filings (mergers & acquisitions); and drafting a 200-word Statement of Purpose (SoP) topic study.
Duration1 Month (Commencing on the 1st working day of the month). Can be extended to 2–3 months with a specific formal recommendation from the university.
