The selected candidate will independently draft and negotiate high-value customer and vendor agreements, lead the deployment of an enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, oversee compliance for the company’s insurance subsidiary, and provide cross-border legal support to group entities in Thailand and Malaysia. | Work Profile | Vetting customer/supplier contracts, NDAs, and tenders; updating internal corporate policies; supervising insurance compliance activities; and providing legal advisory support to regional desks in Thailand and Malaysia. |
